Returns and Exchanges
Items eligible for return/exchange must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and received back in new, re-sellable condition.
- Be received back within 30 days of the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number).
Unfortunately, these items are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Items purchased on clearance (permanently discounted as opposed to being bought with a discount/sale code)
- Items received back to Thank You For My Fitness™ after 30 days of the delivery date.
- Check to make sure your items qualify for return or exchange.
- Ship item(s) back to:
- Include a note with the following information:
- Keep your tracking number for your returned package.
**Having the above information makes the return/exchange process much smoother and faster!**
**Customers are responsible for return shipping. However, exchanges are shipped back at no additional cost to the customer.
**Shipping costs will not be refunded.**
**If a customer received free shipping and then requests a refund that brings the total order to under the "Free Shipping" threshold, shipping costs of the order will be subtracted from the refund amount**
